Brits make the best recruiters, according to the international development director of construction recruiter Hill McGlynn.

Peter Marston told Recruiter that Brit recruiters tend "to be a bit more creative" in generating ideas to attract talent and are more driven, very 'sales-y' and target driven.

Marston admitted it was a generalisation and that there were exceptions, but
