GatenbySanderson, the public sector search specialist, has announced a repositioning of its services to meet the demand for online recruitment. This repositioning has resulted in a new digital resourcing service.

Graham Goodwin, managing partner and founder of GatenbySanderson, told Recruiter: “We thought the impact of the internet didn’t affect us, because as a headhunter we weren’t reliant on databases, but research has now proved more people than ever before are turning to online, especially with Web 2.0.

“We’ve invested in our website, which links to wherever our customers place their advertising online and tracks the response. It’s like online headhunting,” he added.
