Banks are struggling to find enough bilingual bankers who are fluent in Mandarin and English to accommodate their expansion plans, according to international financial recruitment firm Execuzen. "Demand outstrips supply 10 to one," said Adrian Ezra, Execuzen's chief executive, Reuters reported.
