Reward and referral company Zubka is enabling website owners, bloggers and others involved in niche online communities to post its vacancies.

Armando Ruffini, chief executive and co-founder of Zubka, told Recruiter that vacancies will carry the same reward as they do on Zubka.com and those whose site helps to source a successful candidate for a position will receive £100.

The IT sector in West Bengal is likely to see an addition of 20,000 jobs this year because major firms such as Zensar Technologies, HCL, IBM, Cognizant, PwC, Capgemini, Wipro, Genpact, as well as the IT department of the West Bengal government, are setting up new centres and offices in the region.
