Reward and referral company Zubka is enabling website owners, bloggers and others involved in niche online communities to post its vacancies.

Armando Ruffini, chief executive and co-founder of Zubka, told Recruiter that vacancies will carry the same reward as they do on Zubka.com and those whose site helps to source a successful candidate for a position will receive £100.

"It's the same model — we're just extending its reach and getting jobs in front of the right people. Just like having a shop, you've got to be in the right place."
