Professional services firm Deloitte is seeking 100 school leavers for its new A Level entry scheme Bright Start.

The scheme builds upon a programme under which some of Deloitte’s regional offices hired a small number of school leavers in recent years.

Candidate confidence in landing a new job within six months has fallen in the UK, according to the latest Randstad Workmonitor.

TheWorkmonitor reveals confidence decreased in Spain, Greece, Japan and the UK, with the UK showing the biggest decrease (-9%).

Dutch unemployment is set to rise next year, according to the Winter Eurozone Forecast from Ernst & Young.

The forecast shows anticipates unemployment rising in the Netherlands from its current rate of 4.5% to 4.8% next year and remaining at this level into 2012, before gradually falling in 2013 and 2014.

In the year ending 31 December 2009 net profit after tax was £721,450 compared to £547,330 in 2008. This was despite a 46% fall in turnover to £4,896,275 (2008: £9,074,936.
