Statistics reveal the executive search industry’s revenue keeps increasing
Northern Recruitment Group (NRG) reported pre-tax profit of £1.96m for the year to June, down from £3.7m a year ago.

The Newcastle-based firm said the results reflected lower returns from temporary recruitment. Total revenue fell to £18.3m, from £21.7m.

NRG made a profit warning in May due to clients delaying major orders.

When it comes to the workplace, younger employees crave more feedback, access to managers and social interaction than their older counterparts, according to a new survey of US workers by Hudson. Beyond formal reviews, 24% of both Generation X and Y workers said they would like feedback from their boss at least once a week, if not every day.
