The Hydrogen Group has been named Britain’s top employer in an annual survey by the Corporate Research Foundation.

The group scored 84.4 out of 100 in the survey which is measured on the following criteria: pay and benefits, opportunity for promotion, training and development, corporate culture, innovation, diversity and equal opportunities, social responsibility, corporate governance and environmental record.

“This award is particularly important as it recognises the thing that we’re most proud of: building a business that values, develops and supports great people and helping them to succeed,” says managing director Chris Cole.
