Talent management solutions provider StepStone Solutions has agreed a deal with business travel management provider Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) to implement its talent management solutions.

The goal for CWT is to optimise the management of its talent processes for its entire global organisation. CWT is present in over 150 countries with 22,000 employees worldwide.
