The IT Job Board has launched an affiliate programme with affiliate network Affiliate Window.

Affiliates are traditionally website owners who can send traffic, via links to a site. Affiliates then earn an agreed commission on the basis that any sales generated from this traffic. The reward model is commonly known as Cost Per Action (CPA).

The IT Job Board says the move will increase its reach to IT professionals, grow brand awareness and drive applications.

The Affiliate Window network now handles over 900 merchants – ranging from blue chip brands such as British Airways, John Lewis and Vodafone to niche retailers.
