The former management team of Berkeley Scott, including founder Roddy Watt, has launched Ultimate Resourcing in Scotland.

The firm will focus on the hospitality and leisure and accountancy and finance sectors. It aims to expand to professional sectors including sales and marketing and HR.

Sarah Kay, who has worked for Berkeley Scott and Reed, will head the temporary division.
