Domestic recruitment
Country Life, the magazine for the wealthy and landed gentry, is introducing a recruitment section to its classified pages from the 15 November issue.
The new Help! section will be dedicated to advertising for both staff wanted and work wanted within the home help category, including housekeepers, nannies, butlers, cooks, gardeners, chauffeurs, estate managers, maternity nurses and handypersons.
The section will run weekly in conjunction with recruitment editorial in the magazine and will also have a presence in the recruitment section of Country Life's dedicated website www.countrylife.co.uk.
Editor Mark Hedges says: “Since 1897, Country Life has embodied the British way of life, reaching an affluent audience able to afford the elegant lifestyle it epitomises. With its unrivalled brand heritage it appeals to those who enjoy the finer things in life including the highest standards of domestic help – the new Help! section is the perfect addition to the magazine.”
