Pick-up in market depends on MPs’ approval for EU Brexit deal

Recruiters and industry trade bodies have welcomed yesterday’s deal between the UK and EU as providing more certainty.

Recruiters are predicting a pick-up in the market as a result, provided MPs approve the deal in a crucial debate in Parliament on Saturday. 

James Ballard, director at Annapurna, told Recruiter that although the market for senior HR appointments “had never been busier”, the Brexit uncertainty had put a dampener on contingency recruitment.
