I've said before and I'll say it again — recruitment qualifications for consultants are a waste of time. Employers award development, bonuses etc to those who are the biggest billers. Therefore, bill a lot and you will have a good career in recruitment. Don't bill and you will probably end up in HR making it more difficult for people in recruitment to make money.
