Adecco has launched the flagship London-based branch of Adecco Premier which aims to provide a best practice recruitment service.

René Schuster, Adecco chief executive, told Recruiter: "We want to offer a value proposition to candidates and customers, reflecting the new demands of the industry, which is service orientated."

Schuster said the concept was the result of in-depth analysis of candidates and clients to examine what they want from recruiters. "We mapped out their experience and identified key emotional and practical decision points when they decide who they want to work with.

"The result is subtle changes to our offering which will be rolled out to other branches in 2008," he said.
