South Africa gained almost 200,000 jobs between March 2006 and 2007, Statistics SA reported. The Labour Force Survey said the number of people employed rose from 12.45m to 12.65m with the percentage of working-age South Africans with jobs rising from 41.7% to 41.9% during the same period.
