Eight in 10 female workers feel they are being underpaid, according to research from salary comparison site MySalaryChecker.com.

The research also shows a third (38.2%) of women thought they were underpaid by as much as 25%. Almost a third (32.9%) of female workers expect a pay rise of between 2% and 4% in 2011, compared with the expectations of male colleagues (28%).
