Recruitment has always involved the art of matchmaking, as demonstrated by Ruth Moran (managing director of Ruth Moran Consulting Rec2Rec) who married Neil Prestwich (formerly of Hays). The pair married on the island of Barbados last month. The couple have also joined forces at work, with Prestwich joining his wife’s business as a co-director in the firm’s Leeds office. Proof indeed that the old adage ’sleeping with the enemy’ no longer applies to rec-to-rec recruiters and agency recruiters. Let us know about any other unlikely partnerships.
