Construction union UCATT has hit back over concerns raised by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation on proposed changes to tax rules for construction sector workers.

Executive search firm Redgrave Group has appointed John Hunter as a non-executive director. 

Hunter worked with chairman Brian Hamill at Imprint as group chief operating officer, and more recently as Asia Pacific chief executive.

Richard Boggis-Rolfe, the chief executive of executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, has been appointed chairman of the National Employer Advisory Board (NEAB).

Boggis-Rolfe joins the voluntary committee of up to 15 members who are selected to represent public and private sector employers across the UK as well as employer-related bodies such as the CBI and TUC.
