A complaint made against an online recruitment advert placed by Jobs Now has been upheld by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

The ASA ruled that the advert, headed ‘Bar, Leisure & Hospitality roles’, placed before Christmas was misleading, because it did not make clear the roles were for escort work.
