Lucy Crittenden has been promoted to graduate recruitment manager at law firm Reed Smith.

Crittenden is a qualified solicitor and before joining Reed Smith in 2007, she worked at recruitment consultancy Hudson recruiting lawyers into the South-West market.  

As graduate recruitment manager, her role involves everything from co-ordinating campus and media presence, interviewing and assessment, running events, through to onboarding, appraisals, seat rotation and qualification processes.
