On-demand talent management solutions provider Taleo has signed a definitive agreement to acquire cloud-based solutions provider Jobpartners for roughly $38m (£23.4m).

The acquisition has been approved by Jobpartners’ board of directors and is expected to close in the quarter ending September 30, 2011 subject to customary closing conditions.
