Eploy helps corporate social recruiters

Eploy has added a new social recruiting toolkit to its software, aimed at the corporate market.

Eploy has added a new social recruiting toolkit to its software, aimed at the corporate market. Chris Bogh, technical director, told Recruiter that eploy didn’t want to jump on the social media bandwagon and rush new features to market when the new channels leapt on to the scene.

“We wanted to wait and see how it panned out,” he said. “Social media is still just an additional channel but is more valuable for some than others.”

The tool allows recruiters to search across multiple social and business networks, as well as multiple online CV libraries. “We’re using our own parsing technology to extract information from profiles,” explained Bogh, adding that CV information can be automatically extracted and imported into the corporate talent pool. Lists of profiles can be shared and reviewed among the recruitment team from within eploy.

Other new features announced by eploy include the Internal Temping Suite, which is designed to help corporate recruiters better manage the Agency Workers Regulations.
