Independent executive search firm Warren Partners has joined forces with London-based boutique executive search consultancy Atticus Partnership.

The newly-merged company will trade under the Warren Partners name.

The move is the next step in delivering Warren Partners’ ambitious growth strategy. The Cheshire-based consultancy is led by founder and chairman Joëlle Warren.

Chinese restaurant group Yum! Brands China division, a subsidiary of US-based Yum! Brands, is to implement global provider of HR business solutions Kenexa’s 2x BrassRing and Kenexa’s related consulting services.

The firm’s brands include KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silver’s and A&W All-American Food Restaurants, with nearly $11bn (£7bn) in revenue in 2009.

International consultancy WYG is providing technical assistance on an employment project to promote registered employment in Turkey.
