Chinese restaurant group Yum! Brands China division, a subsidiary of US-based Yum! Brands, is to implement global provider of HR business solutions Kenexa’s 2x BrassRing and Kenexa’s related consulting services.

The firm’s brands include KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silver’s and A&W All-American Food Restaurants, with nearly $11bn (£7bn) in revenue in 2009.

As of the end of 2010, Yum! China had opened more than 3,000 KFC restaurants, 500 Pizza Huts, more than 100 Pizza Hut Delivery stores and 20 East Dawnings in more than 650 cities and towns.

Christabel Lo, chief people officer of Yum! Brands, China division, says: “We believe in our people, trust in their positive intentions and encourage their ideas. Working with Kenexa gives us the opportunity to source the right candidates for our management trainee, crew and professional job openings using the latest technology and best practices.”
