US-based VisualCV has made it possible for its users to more easily share their VisualCVs with business and social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Updates can still be made centrally and the VisualCV link can be sent across to almost any social network using a share function in just three clicks.
Hexagon is to allocate more than half a million shares to the sellers of Oxygen Executive Search, the company it acquired in 2005.
In a statement to the Stock Exchange, Hexagon says the award of 512,237 shares was triggered by the achievement of certain performance targets.
This is in line with certain provisions agreed at the time of the acquisition.
