First100, a firm that specialises in helping business leaders during their first 100 days in a new role, has appointed Fiona Rawlinson as managing director.
Rawlinson replaces founder of First100, Niamh O’Keeffe, as managing director, while Zarir Vakil also joins as commercial director.
Rawlinson will operate from New York and the office in London.
