Merseyside recruitment business Tailored Recruitment Services has secured a £3m funding package from Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, and is now looking to double its turnover from last year with a 2012 figure of £25m.

The firm was established in 2005 and operates in the manufacturing and logistics industries. The invoice finance deal gives advances of up to 90% of sales invoices.
