This week’s appointments include: Heidrick & Struggles, Robert Half, The SR Group
• Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has announced that chief financial officer (CFO) Mark Harris is to leave the company to pursue other opportunities. The company has begun a formal search for a new CFO. Harris, who assumed the role of CFO in 2018, will remain with the firm until August 2024 to ensure continuity and smooth transition.
• Specialist recruitment firm Robert Half has appointed Bradley Wearn as senior talent solutions manager. Wearn worked for Reed as business manager of the accountancy practice. In his role at Robert Half, Wearn will be using his experience to expand the brand’s public practice recruitment solutions for roles ranging from graduate positions to senior leadership jobs.
• Recruitment firm The SR Group has appointed Seim Munif as group chief financial officer (CFO), replacing Alex Calcutt. Munif brings experience in financial leadership, having held senior positions in prominent multinational corporations including 14 years in recruitment. The SR Group is a global recruitment company comprising five specialist search and recruitment consultancies, Brewer Morris, Carter Murray, Frazer Jones, Keller West and Taylor Root.
