NRG launches HR services division to address HR challenges
Talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing specialist NRG has launched new HR consultancy and talent advisory services.
The launch, held recently at NRG and its RPO arm Greenbean’s headquarters in Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, highlighted the company’s expanded service offering, which is designed to provide businesses with flexible HR support without increasing permanent headcount.
NRG’s new services address the evolving HR challenges faced by organisations of all sizes. By providing reliable, on-demand access to a pool of seasoned HR professionals, NRG acts as an extension of internal HR functions, enabling organisations to scale their HR capabilities without adding to permanent headcount.
The company's expanded portfolio includes HR Consultancy Services, providing access to specialist HR associate consultants to support complex projects; and Talent Advisory Services, offering a suite of flexible services that optimises talent acquisition.
Leanne Chambers, managing director at NRG and Greenbean, said: “Our new HR Consultancy and Talent Advisory Services represent a significant step forward in our ability to provide a full-service solution to organisations throughout the UK. This expansion allows us to offer truly end-to-end talent solutions, from strategic guidance through to tactical execution across the entire talent lifecycle.”
Catherine Hingston, associate director of HR Services at NRG, added: “Having recently returned to NRG, I’m thrilled to be at the forefront of launching these new services… We’re now uniquely positioned to support businesses at every stage of their talent strategy, from workforce planning and employer branding to recruitment process consulting and organisational development.”
The launch event also marked a new partnership with Suitability by Society Matters, a community interest company. The Neon Building within Quorum Business Park will become one of the first Donation Stations for the charity, serving as a collection point for menswear donations to support the Suitability by Society Matters Service.
