With more than 10 years in business, London-based headhunting firm Grays Search & Selection will now operate under the recently rebranded Adjacency Executive Search brand. Grays owner Simon Bell (pictured, right) takes the helm as managing partner.

Both firms already work with clients across the UK and in recent years have been placing candidates across Europe, Scandinavia, South America and the US. As part of its growth strategy, Adjacency owner Miles Greenslade (pictured, left) has focused on building the executive search capabilities of the firm and the merger with Grays is pivotal to this strategy, according to a company statement.

Managing partner Bell said: “By combining forces with Miles and Adjacency, we have started a new and exciting chapter for Adjacency Executive Search and the team. Having worked with Miles for many years in a previous life, we know each other very well. … Between us we can leverage many decades of experience.”

Adjacency Recruitment Group MD Greenslade added: “We’re thrilled to re-launch Adjacency Executive Search, and the merger with Grays adds significant strength to our proposition and capabilities, as well as a London base and expanded geographical presence.
