A statement, released yesterday, revealed the historic Grade II listed building is recruiting across all hotel departments including food and beverage, fitness and wellness, housekeeping, front of house, maintenance and back of house. 

Once open it’s estimated that Grantley Hall will create around 180 local job opportunities.

Recruits will benefit from the Grantley Academy, an accredited learning and development facility for Grantley Hall employees, with dedicated learning zones, located in the East Lodge. All staff will have bespoke personal development plans offering opportunities for growth and progression, as well as individual training and wellbeing programmes delivered using accelerated learning techniques.

The building, which is located at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales between Ripon and Harrogate, is undergoing a multimillion pound restoration project, overseen by Yorkshire-based owners the Sykes family.
