Sensée strengthens leadership team with new appointments and a promotion

UK homeworking outsourcing provider Sensée has made a number of appointments and promotions at the company.

Andrew Rosser is appointed head of change management and Steve Tongue is the new head of recruitment. 

Previously business change partner at AXA Insurance, Rosser will be responsible for developing and executing change management programmes across Sensée operations. He brings more than 10 years’ experience in leading large change management programmes for companies including Aviva Insurance, Norwich Union and Virgin Money.

Tongue, formerly senior resource partner at Project People, will now oversee Sensée’s recruitment process and policies. He has more than eight years’ experience in senior recruitment and resourcing positions for businesses including Honeywell, Cable & Wireless and Alexander Mann Solutions.

In addition to these appointments, Zoe Stewart, Sensée’s current human resources manager, has been promoted to head of HR.
