Henley Business School has extended its partnership with skills specialist Think to support the continued growth and delivery of its apprenticeship programmes. The renewed agreement aims to scale operations, enhance compliance and deepen client engagement, aligning with the UK government’s renewed focus on apprenticeships as a tool to drive productivity and economic development.

Henley anticipates delivering around 1,000 apprenticeship starts in leadership and management this academic year, building on more than 3,000 completed starts to date. The collaboration with Think builds on a longstanding relationship dating back to 2016 and leverages Think’s sector expertise to enhance the delivery and impact of Henley’s programmes.

ServiceNow and UKG have announced a strategic collaboration to enhance employee productivity and efficiency through AI-driven solutions. Their integration combines UKG’s People Fabric AI with ServiceNow’s AI Agent Fabric to streamline operational tasks across payroll, HR and workforce management. This partnership aims to simplify complex work processes, improving productivity by up to 50% in existing tasks and up to 300% in more complex functions.

By integrating AI agents into a unified platform, ServiceNow and UKG enable businesses to modernise employee experiences and automate key functions. Both companies aim to help organisations increase efficiency and growth by providing seamless AI integration across departments, ultimately unlocking the potential of the workforce and driving business outcomes.
