• Zellis has appointed Caroline Rowland as its new chief people officer. She joins the HR and payroll software provider from Exscientia, an AI-driven pharmatech company, where she led people operations in a global, high-growth environment. Rowland brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across sectors including technology, consumer goods and professional services, with previous roles at Arm, Diageo and Deloitte. Her appointment follows the planned departure of Caroline Drake, who will step down in June after over six years in the role.
