REC elects council vice chair

Jacqueline Hilton, talent acquisition director at sales, marketing and digital recruiter Fidelis Partners has been elected vice-chair of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) council.

Hilton has worked in the recruitment industry for 20 years, including 14 years in a senior leadership role. Jacqueline has been a member of the REC council since 2011, has been a member of the REC’s professional standards committee (PSC) since 2013, and has been vice-vhair of the PSC since March 2015.

Earlier this week, the REC elected six members to its council following the organisation’s annual general meeting earlier this week.

The four non-executive directors elected to represent corporate members are:

  • Gary Irvine, managing director, 4c Executive Search (re-elected)
  • Aidan Anglin, director, DP Connect 
  • Kathleen Smith, business services director, Serocor Group 
  • Allena Clarke, operations manager, Westray Recruitment Consultants

 

These include:

  • Neeti Gupta, managing director, BD Consult (re-elected)
  • Mark Edwards, operations director, Matchtech
