Granger Reis appoints natural resources expert Phendler

Global executive search firm Granger Reis has announced the appointment of Rowan Phendler (right) as partner.

The firm says this marks a significant step in the continued growth of its mining and natural resources, with head of natural resources at Granger Reis Brad George (left) welcoming Phendler into the division.

Phendler brings more than 14 years’ global experience in the mining and natural resources sector, with a particular  focus on leadership appointments in operational, technical and investment areas across the Americas, Europe and Africa.

He has delivered complex leadership mandates for  mining majors, mid-tier producers and private equity-backed ventures.

Phendler is also actively engaged in industry development, serving on the Human Resources Development Committee with the PDAC  (Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada),  and regularly  contributing to thought leadership and panel discussions on the future of mining leadership.
