Jobandtalent accelerates expansion with $42m funding

Job marketplace Jobandtalent has received $42m (£29.6m) in a funding round led by venture capital fund Atomico. 

Jobandtalent said it will use the funds to accelerate its expansion into new territories, bolster its presence in existing markets, reinforce its leadership team and further develop its product and engineering team.

The deal also sees Niall Wass, former senior vice president EMEA & APAC at online transportation network company Uber and current executive-in-residence at Atomico, join the Jobandtalent board as non-executive director to help with overall strategy and international growth.
