Web Based Recruitment has launched a video-based training course aimed to help recruiters understand how to target candidates through online video.

In a statement, Web Based Recruitment director Mike Taylor said online videos have become one of the most popular shared items on social media, “which can in turn increase the visibility and reach of a recruiting company and their vacancies”.
