Driver roles hard to fill but skilled trades still top global list, says Manpower

Driver roles have become far more difficult to fill for employers across the globe in the past year, according to global recruiter ManpowerGroup’s latest talent shortage survey.

Driver roles have become far more difficult to fill for employers across the globe in the past year, according to global recruiter ManpowerGroup’s latest talent shortage survey.

The 2015 survey reveals while skilled trades have retained top position among the top 10 hardest jobs to recruit for in 2015 from last year, driver roles have moved up from 10th in 2014 to fifth in this latest list.

Sales representatives jumped from fourth to second in the past year, while technicians, accounting & finance and IT staff found themselves less in demand than in 2014.
