Jobs website Monster UK has created a search engine for recruiters looking for technology candidates.

TalentBin works by assembling candidates’ online profiles.

Monster UK’s ‘twitter cards’ automatically tweet jobs throughout the day to an organisation’s or recruiter’s Twitter feed.

Unlike normal Tweets these branded Tweets are not restricted by 140 characters. This allows for the inclusion of information such as employer name, job title, salary, location, job description and hashtags.

Meanwhile Monster’s Talent CRM allows recruiters to more easily email candidates in its CV database, and to identify, source and send personalised messages to candidates.
