It has been reported that the bank will outline plans to cut 9,000 jobs on Tuesday (28 October), alongside its third quarter results.

When Recruiter contacted Lloyds Banking Group a spokesperson declined to comment.

At the beginning of this month Recruiter reported on how the recruitment industry was reacting to speculation that thousands of job cuts would be made at the bank.
