Mon, 11 Aug 2014IT, banking and engineering recruiter Spencer Rose is aiming for a 60% rise in revenue this year with its new office opening.

Spencer Rose managing director Richard Sharp told Recruiter.co.uk: “We’re looking for 60% revenue increases this year. The challenge is to find the right people.”

The new premises in central London will allow the company to grow from 15 to 30 consultants. Sharp added that the company would tap into its network, headhunt and work with its graduates to recruit. “That’s very effective, but we won’t hire if the right people aren’t available,” he said.

Spencer Rose has benefited from exposure to the payment industry, including mobile and contactless systems, as well as digital media, tech start-ups and financial services, according to Sharp.
