International financial and technology recruiter Radley James has appointed growth advisory specialists Graeme Read and Paul Russell of 3R Partnership as non-executive directors.

The appointments are aimed to assist the business as it gears up for significant expansion across markets in the UK, New York and Singapore with additional markets identified for future expansion.

Read and Russell, the directors of 3R Partnership, have more than 30 years’ recruitment experience between them, building, scaling and transacting multiple businesses across over 30 global markets and provide advisory services to fast-growth recruitment businesses including growth funding, advisory, M&A services and hands-on practical support to ambitious firms.
