Thu, 16 Jan 2014London-based rec-to-rec Vine Consulting has launched a new division called Vine Graduate, which specialises in assisting entry-level candidates move into the recruitment industry.

Robin Clarke, director of Vine Consulting, says: “Due to the experienced end of the rec-to-rec market being very candidate tight, the demand for graduates/entry level recruiters has increased dramatically from our clients.

“Most clients recognise that in hiring someone without experience the initial investment will outweigh the return but the long-term gain can be far greater because they are able to mould the recruiter to work as they want them to.”

James Ashby, formerly of the Allegis Group, has joined Vine to help launch the new division.
