Project management group Progility still has its eyes open for further recruitment agency acquisitions, executive chair Wayne Bos tells recruiter.co.uk.
The company acquired Sue Hill Recruitment & Services, a specialist recruiter in the information, market research, insight and analysis sectors earlier this month, having also taken over TFPL, a recruiter in similar markets, in June.
Progility was recently involved in a ‘reverse takeover' and is now organised into consulting, recruitment, technology solutions and training divisions.
“Where other opportunities come up, we would look to take advantage of these,” Bos, who is also the firm’s interim chief executive officer, tells recruiter.co.uk when asked about any further acquisition plans. “We see a lot of potential in the UK market,” he adds.
And he says that the group is also looking to expand its recruitment offering overseas. Progility already has Australia and Dubai offices for its other divisions, and has now moved a TFPL consultant to Australia. He also tells recruiter.co.uk the company is still to decide exactly how it will brand its recruitment operation.
