The firm says its new Talent Expansion Suite features a “hyper-personalised” experience for individual users, with context awareness that “helps employees filter out the noise and focus on information that is truly relevant and important at a given point in time”.

It also features a user interface, which is fully optimised for touch-screen devices and integrations with third-party applications.
