Japan-based staffing giant Recruit Co has reached an agreement to acquire real estate information firm Movoto to help build its global human resources business.

In a statement Recruit, which owns a number of staffing companies, said: “Recruit has been developing its HR business with the aim of becoming the ‘Number one global integrated HR service provider’.”

Recruit Holdings’ subsidiary RGF Hong Kong acquired search firm Bó Lè Associates in May 2013 and job board Indeed in September 2012.
