Mon, 2 Sep 2013Global energy recruiter Spencer Ogden is to open offices in Brazil and Germany “towards the end of the year”, recruiter.co.uk hears.

A company spokesperson says the firm “does not have an exact date at this stage” for what would be the company’s 10th and 11th offices.

Much of the new growth will be led by development director Simon Taylor, who joined the firm in May. He previously spent 12 years at rec-to-rec firm Drummond Recruitment, which he founded and led as managing director.

Taylor says he is “thrilled to join Spencer Ogden at such an exciting time” and has “worked closely with the company since it started”.

Existing Spencer Ogden offices are its London headquarters, plus premises in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Houston, Singapore, Hong Kong, Calgary, Cape Town and Dubai, its most recent opening.
