Spain and London job board Jobandtalent has raised €2.5m (£2.15m) in funding led by Spanish venture capitalist firm Kilbo Ventures as it seeks to develop its business in the UK.

Spain and London job board Jobandtalent has raised €2.5m (£2.15m) in funding led by Spanish venture capitalist firm Kilbo Ventures as it seeks to develop its business in the UK.
Juan Urdiales, co-founder and co-CEO of Jobandtalent, tells Recruiter that the investment will be used to improve the accuracy of the company’s algorithm in matching jobs with candidates, and to cater for mobile through developing a new app. The funds will also be used to raise brand awareness among candidates.
Jobandtalent launched in 2009 in Spain, before opening an office in London to take advantage of the capital’s fast-growing market.
